Back on Home Turf the Ure
I'm glad to be back, after nearly 3 weeks of no fishing and a 25th Wedding Anniversary Cruise I was glad to get back out with the rod today for a few hours and after seeing what the river was like over the last couple of weeks from the EA website and reports I didn't miss much.
Although the river was still up on normal levels and running a bit peaty I decided to give it a whirl with the nymphs and did OK, lost a few fish also which after time lost track of the number but here's the ones I managed to bank.
