Commemorative Rod Almost Complete

Received another update on my Commemorative Cane Rod from Gary today, not too long to wait now, the rod is built and has had its first coat of varnish.

Will most definitely be christened at the start of this years Grayling season, and I know just the spot.

The burgundy with black tipping looks really good and am sure after the remaining layers of varnish are applied will be fantastic.
