Peaty Water & Gold heads

Spent this afternoon up on the Tees

I was hoping that the water after the increase of water that came down the other day would be clear but it was still very peaty and up on normal levels when I arrived. Undeterred I spent a pleasant afternoon in the sun with some gold heads and a sight indicator making my way up the river and grabbing a couple of fish as we went.






Nothing of any great size but finished the afternoon with 3 Grayling & 2 trout. The only other angler I saw was coming onto the water as I was leaving.
