Restoration Continues

Got started early again to beat the boredom of another day in the house apart from a visit to the doctors and managed to get the middle & top sections of the rod stripped of eyes, thread & old varnish. The female ferrule on the middle section was a bit loose so stripped that off , cleaned off the old glue and rebonded with araldite so that will be left alone to dry.

The complete rod is now stripped down and sanded, now the fun of putting it back together begins.
