Passing some time last night whilst there was nothing on the TV so what better way to pass some time than knock up a few flies and make a start on some porcupine quill floats for a friend in Germany. I was playing around with some nymph skin I bought recently and knocked up a couple of Whitdaeyecallthems
A natural Whitdaeyecallthem.
and a red Whitdaeyecallthem.
A grey Whitdaeyecallthem.
Translucent with olive under thread
Another natural with a lighter hackle
A small group of Whitdaeyecallthem's
Like I say purely passing some time and getting used to working with another new fly tying product I've not bothered with in the past.
