Update 2 on Commemorative Cane Rod in the Making

Received another progress report on the rod today from Gary with a few pictures attached, mainly to see if I wanted tipping on the whippings or for them to be left plain.

On looking at other works he has done I thought the black tipping looked very neat and tidy so opted for that. The Spalted Walnut reel seat has now been attached to the rod which I think looks really beautiful, this rod is starting to come together now and as a commemorative rod I cant wait to use it.
